I've stayed against the drone attacks and military operation in Swat and Wazirastan and I think I won't change my views regarding it purely due to loss of too many civilian lives. (Med11 and other warmongers can go ahead and preach all they want)
Rahi baat Taliban ki tou...I have no sympathies with them either they're Afghani or Pakistani. I've known Taliban and their ideology since way before 9/11 and people I know who traveled to Afghanistan would come back with horrible stories of Taliban's distorted version of Islamic law and cruel punishments. Even Yvonne Ridley mentioned few incidents in her book. I don't believe Taliban as a political organization should come into the government in any corner of the world, EVER.

Dude let me dive you in history of your promised land of FATA it was the British who actually constructed railway and roads in late 1800s, it was British who starting to pay tribes bribes because FATA is the area including Afghanistan who are willing to sold anything for some bucks !
And as far drones concern I support them on basics that these areas are not under control of government of Pakistan.

Thanks God you didn't say that technically these are not part of Pakistan, so Pakistan got right to allow others to attack these areas with drones.
As far as history is concerned, British people bought many not only in tribal areas, but areas of Pakistan, which are dearest to our government and infrastructure (including railways) in those areas relates to British era.
