grow up beta..and yes here musharaf should be acknowledge as he saved qadeer and atomic bomb from terrorists americans

Re: Disgraced scientist in bad condition

// his wife belongs to multi millionaire family..did u know tht??.//
How manly !!!

It seems strange that people still consider him as a hero even after his open admission that he has sold nuclear technology to rogue nations for money.

//A- Qadeer the visionary man, a symbol of freedom, hope, and strength. Off course those who took part in same/similar efforts of making Pakistan strong also deserve million salute.//

If these are the kind of people that ordinary Pakistanis stand upto salute, well well well

Re: Disgraced scientist in bad condition

i wonder how many members have spent some time in pak or even used their brains??...rashguy,it is impossible for a single person to transfer technology...it is totally impossible...ask any 1 in ur relatives who belongs to army...u wanna say tht he visited korea without the knowledge of government?? hhahaha...agencies had such strict security around him tht even hs guards some times used to confuse in which qadeer was and u think he was the person who alone transfer the technology...thts not even a worst joke

Re: Disgraced scientist in bad condition

Of course Army was involved! They are the ones in charge of the nukes and they like to spy on everyone. Of course no Generals who also must have made millions got punished, Army Generals don’t get punished for their corruption

Re: Disgraced scientist in bad condition

rouge states???.. umm which eyes u lookin from.. the eyes of those peaople who deny to be slaves of america.. such as korea and iran??.. or from america who is a bully.. and uses the word "you against with us or against us"... and so how does this work??

//beta anta-bola,99% pakis love qadeer khan but only some punjabis like u and spock hate him//
wats wid ur fukin prob??.. 99% of pakis and sum punjabis??.. umm asshole.. almost 40% of the population of pak is pujnabis.. so wtf u on about..

neway.. he did a good job selling information to other ppl.. long live these types of ppl

oh btw.. i live in a contry whcih has a nuclear free policy.. how weird is dat :S..

Allah hafiz

Re: Disgraced scientist in bad condition

cheebu beta, only handful number of pujabies hate him like spock antilulla....huge number of punjabies love qadeer and thts a fact....people like samar mubarak criticized him as he could not see mahajir taking all the credit...1 live in pakistan and then talk abt pakistan

Re: Disgraced scientist in bad condition

now u r making two statements and u need to clear ur facts..
army transferred technology, not qadeer khan who had done so much for u…

army transferred technology to libya beac libya provided huge amount of money to pakistan for their own atomic bomb…to korea beac korea had a deal with pak to give atomic bombs to them and korea would give extremely dangerous missiles which r playing vital role in our defence…abt iran,i m not sure y army transferred technology to them…might be,to financed their activities of atomic technology..who knows??..

so all things r clear to u…qadeer is our HERO

Re: Disgraced scientist in bad condition

so what do you guys sell stuff for? Do you guys sell technology without asking for money? He did what he did under govt supervision, now that “secret” is open govt abondoned him, such is our govt history if you have learnt anything about it yet. so to blame just AQK is just plain stupidity.

Re: Disgraced scientist in bad condition

what part of your statement differs from what i said? Army made millions or even billions from this, only AQ Khan was punished, generals were free to make as much money as they want,as usual.

^^ As I said, Qadir should have avoided lavish spending on family functions.
You will call Cowasji as traitor too. Read his article about Qadir and his brother./

Qadeer should be allowed to do whatever he wants for his family. Thats a very little price a nation can pay for his work. I think we need to learn to pay or even try to pay the respect for someone’s huge or even tiny little contribution for betterment of the nation at large.
QUOTE]

Who cares what Cowasji said. Only Pakistan haters would try to magnify what would be said against any one like Qadeer khan so others get discouraged with the situation…its a psychologic game my friend some people just get wraped up into.
Unfortunaltely, media-journalism is just a vehicle to make a particular country or countrymen feel bad about themselves and put them down morally! On the other hand make everything look great about themselves despite commiting huge blunders.

Re: Disgraced scientist in bad condition

i think we should have given him one whole sector in islamabad and still would not be close to be equal of what he provided to Pakistan.

Re: Disgraced scientist in bad condition

Why can't some people understand one thing...the reality of what he gave to Pakistan for which these people even can and have a place safer than before?

While these guys just talk...he 'did' something much greater and much more honorable.

Re: Disgraced scientist in bad condition

deedawar, he got plenty for what he did... we dont know everything...

Re: Disgraced scientist in bad condition

yes and why do we even want to know? Just because he may get more than WE want him get?
Why can't we take the face value of things as they appear? Why even bother about an honorable person at all?
Are we not playing in the hands of outside media? Matter of fact, only reason we are discussing this is due to the unnecessary media coverage of alleged 'negative' side of this great person.
Reason as I stated earlier....cover the good things with ton of questioning, doubts, speculations etc.

Re: Disgraced scientist in bad condition

If he were honorable, he wouldnt have done this for the money... Look at Dr. Samar, theres a man with true class.

Re: Disgraced scientist in bad condition

spock whts ur age man???....he transferred technology alone for "money"..hahaha
he left holland for the sake of pak...he was earning great salary there..
abt sama mubarak...oh yea...a punjabi who just could not see a mahajir taking all the credit, started his rubbish after atomic bomb experiment...

Re: Disgraced scientist in bad condition

should he have done (transfer technology) without money?

Re: Disgraced scientist in bad condition

Why is he a hero in Pakistan? Because he enabled them to build nukes? He showed that he would do this for any country in turn for money. National hero's have loyalty to ones country, Khan's loyalty was to the all mighty dollar, don't fool yourselves.

Re: Disgraced scientist in bad condition

Khan didn’t help India, he only helped those countries who were “alliances” in one way or the other, don’t fool yourself.

Re: Disgraced scientist in bad condition

Who did not sell weapons (of mass destruction) and nuclear technology in this world?
Whatever he did is NOT a crime.

If by any chance its a crime then lot more people and nations have done that and ARE doing it as we speak.

Qadeer is hero for obvious reason and ‘ordinary’ Pakistani know that. The reason why ordiary and ‘special’ Pakistani are breathing safely is because of AQ Khan or other great people like him.
