lashkar e tayyaba is ahl al hadith? no it must have been something else. what are you saying, you had lashkar e tayyaba at your university? thats too freakish to be true. graduate lashkars, does not make sense.
l-e-t which became known as j-e-dawa …or something, i have seen their leader and heard his interviews from some issues a few years back. did not come across as ahl al hadith besides such an organisation would NOT be restricted to ahl al hadith. the organisation is not self made but put togather by pak army? if this is half true the influence on it would not be restricted to ahl al hadith
it implies immaturity, in that the allegation is that just looking at individualised evidences can lead to rash decision where-as the time served and scrutinised way of madhabs is way to go.
however let it known that the basic beliefs of ahl al hadith and the madhabs are the same. on some issues ahl al hadith say ‘we do not find this’ in the seerah and among the salaf, the locals say ‘put this and this togather’ then you will see, sort of thing
