its intelligence’s job to carry out sting operations to neutralise threats like these. Another thing is that most probably these guys came from south waziristan (which is secured by the army) and that’s where they fled again. Having said that, the provincial governments has proven to be incompetent in this matter. If they are not upto the task they should go home and let some one else take care of the province.

What makes you think they came from South Waziristan? I hope your not trying to imply that fighting these terrorists in their actual home base (NW) would be useless and thus no action should be taken?
