Oky Blessed! i think this will be the best way. I'll post two teams name and this match will gonna happen after every 72 hours on pre decided time and schedule although i can leave 3 differents times too.

well my break is startz at 10:50 to 2:30......long break...haha......convert it to pk time it would be....7:50pm to 11:30pm....

u can easily come between at 1pm as per your local time i.e. PST time 2200 hrs :)
