Hey there…anarkali dress for eid is a GR8 idea i think… if i didnt have those “bari ke dresses” (from my marriage) i myself wud have gone for one 
i think i shud be finishin all of thse dresses before i make new ones.. makes sense! but i think its a bit late for u.. even if u get a cloth or stuff, the tailors here wudnt take it.. eid is only 3 weeks away na… u cant even go for ready made as i think ull have a hard time finding red and green dress for ur necklace. ill suggest one thing… dun go for red and green color dress, go for a colorful dress with more of red and green…(that way itll have bit of all colors and major colors wud b red and green) otherwise i think, IMHO, the exact color dress and jewellery wud look a bit.. uh… cheap.. just my thot! hope this helps
