I've gone lighter with my hair/highlights in the past and I think it suited me well....it really depends on the skin tone and what shade of blonde you use, I could never go blonde blonde, but light brown/honey/caramel/golden...sure.

U know what's really gross? desi aunties with bleached blonde hair that looks sooo damaged and frizzy. Even if your hair is like that, best to put it in a nice bun or ponytail, it just looks horrible when out..

depends on what kinda blond.. But yea i get what ya mean looks horrible .. but some girlz can pull it off and looks amazin on them ....personaly i like goldish/blondish Higlights way more then full head blond

beyonce does look good but in the start she looked like a hot mess, i would see her at local events in houston back when destiny's child had 4 members.

anyhow kim kardashian looked really washed out and bad as a blond so i agree most of the time desi women can't pull it off. highlights however they look fab in and should consider lighter brown hair with blond highlights to lighten things up for the summer seasons. I do think it's like a right of passage for desi girls to go semi blond and experiment with colored contacts...

Also what's up with persian women. About 80% of the persian aunties I know are all fake blonds maybe pakistanis try so hard to be races that they are not that they assume they can play it off. And you have to hand it to the persian moms, they do play it off nicely.

it is the right SHADE that matters depending on your skin tone. Most Pakistani women go to cheap salons where they bleach your hair without thinking and everyone ends up with the same shade.

The shade matters most I think. Platinum blonde, ash blonde, dirty blonde, etc.
