RV, ‘are not issued’ is not equivalent to ‘not going to be issued’. The point is we expect everyone to act mature and responsibly. If anyone first ignores the rules and then also the given reminder is left with no excuse for the action that might be taken to keep the healthy atmosphere of this forum intact.
