Dr. K should not you & your partner decide, because you might not like what other people use or do.
Sadz if you use pills which siutes you and goes with you body, you gain very little weight and you don't feel nauseated. It also help to reduce the cramping during periods.

shud u always goto the doctor before starting the pill or can u just use it based on family and freind's recommendation? and what is da situation in pakistan r doctors aware of the well known brands and do they do ur assessment before recommending?

^^ go to a doctor.....they'll give u a better idea of what side effects, if any, to be aware of.

Uhm the pill is only doctor-prescribed, you can't get it over the counter. So yes it's best to talk it over with a doctor.
