leg of lamb is probably among the top 10 things on my fav food list. waiting eagerly
sadly I cant just grab it and eat it like a caveman :(
It wouldn't taste good if you eat it that way.
But the key is...the lesser the spice, the better the taste of the meat...
Some people put so much masala that you cannot differentiate between lamb and chicken!:(

which reminds me, I will be going to fogo de chao next weekend :D
as far as spices go, i like spicy stuff, but lets go easy on it
desi 2 numbery cooks camoufalge their lack if culinary skills by floating stuff in ghee and overloading it with hot pepper. if emirill was in the kitchen with them he would be saying bam bam bam all day
