My charges for GA and all lawns this year will be
shalwar suit .. 1200 Rs for simple stitching with pipings
trouser suit .... 1500 rs with simple stitching with pipings..
SS has noy=t launched their new collection yet. Will inshaAllah update u all as soon as i get the news.
Maria b exhibition is at their Gulberg location in Lahore.
and just o let every body know... Junaid Jamshed has canceled their exhibition in Lahore . Dont know why :( may be Karachiites finished all their stock already :)

marry poppins, i will let u know about SS embroidery as soon as i see it for myself. their previous collections came with some embroideries already. lets see what they do this year.

thanks twinkle, i've just downloaded the magazine. I'm not sure what you guys all think but i loved last years collection a whole lot more. Dont get me wrong i'm not saying a dislike this collection cuz there are some really nice prints but last years had loads really really liked.
Design affairs: will you also be selling any of the ready made collection/kurta and dresses hat they've got in the magazine????

yeah i liked last years collection also a bit more..nuthin special..sum styles/patterns/colour seems to be the same jus bit different...
n too much flowers n actually i dnt like these digital prints (maybe high technology) but it seems like u used a cheap cam n the pixels breaking...not elegant i think...
i hope but all their collection is available online...the winter collection wasnt...
Design Affairs: when you go to GA store, please let us know what's available at the moment from there and also specify the additional colors...that would help a lot. thanks.

dawn, i went there today but u wont believe how many women were almost standing on each other trying to get clothes. seemed like they were selling stuff for free :).
I will try going again tomorrow a bit early and hopefully get a better look at the clothes. When the store is that busy even the sales people are not really interested in discussing colors and prices with u unless u are buying them all :) I did ask for a few ones from their magazine and they didnt have those.
will hopefully let u guys know tomorrow.

hey twinkle, that makes me feel alot better as i was beginning to think it was just me!!!! Last yrs stuff was fabulous and i also feel that some of the stuff this year is a slight variation of the designs from last year. they Kyra range seems nice but its not online yet.
keep up the good work Design Affairs, and good luck in your visit to the shop tomorrow :)
i have a dilemma , my creditcard is not working and the only option i can think of buying from designer affairs but with the risks of stampede and out of stock or not availability because they r selling like hot cakes........i dont know what to do and the adrenaline gush is giving me headache....
i am also interested in the single pieces , zoya , kyraaa...... hai allah looooooool and thinking of it its just lawnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

mary if u have an issue with your credit card, just paypal me the money and tell me which ones to order. i can do that for u. u will have to pay for the paypal charges on top of stitching charges :)

mary i think i have emailed u back alreday please check back for the prints available in teh stores.
twinkle.... the sales people told me that the rest of their prints will come by 15th of march. I would like to believe him but in our dear islamic republic of Pakistan it is hard to trust what the shopkeepers tell u :) so keep hope !!
