Well in Britain and I suspect the rest of Europe, you can enter right after A-Levels into a 5-year BDS dentistry program, and very often a 6-year program is offered with a predental year for applicants who may not have studied science based subjects at A-level (or are international students).
So yes there are quite a few schools out there that accept students straight out of high-school. However, you should make sure that whichever school you go to is accredited by the local body in that country and you are not going to have any problems getting a license in your own country after you graduate from that program.
