Ask @jiia for the meaning, she uses this word a lot :) Personally, i dont like using this word at all and i dont think i have ever used it except once on GS.
Leave it dude, no need to ask anyone...ppl make you the same :)
ppl use it first without getting the meaning of this word and later look for excuses as you might have heard "offence is the best defense" :)

Word itself means Shauqeen as pointed by Faris. Ab shauq ksi cheez ka b ho sakt ahay but somehow this word is always used in a negative sense for meaning "Tarsa hoa for opposite sex" and thats the reason i avoid using it.
Another example i will give "Mujhay shikar ka bohat tharak ya weekend par mein nay shikar ka tharak zaroor poora karna hota hay".
