For mentally ppl it should be illegal 
cause they are abnormal ppl 
Ok guys stop making fun and listen and read wat i chose to write
- Due to death penalty crime has decrease
- It avoid criminals from doing more crime during their life sentence in jail
- It gives relief to the family of the victim
- It costs less to kill instead of keeping them in jail .. our taxes won’t be wasted
- Prevent crimes to happen again …it shows how serious the society looks at serious crimes…
Now guys from these 5 argument chose the best 3 and rewrite it for me
