These threads should be open to all people regardless of their religion or nationality. But stuff against religions, offencive language and rude comments should be edited..

Rehaan saheb… Respect is a two-way street. If you don’t respect someone else’s religious belief’s or religious personalities, than do not expect them to respect yours.
The moderator is not here to take sides in arguments or to prove one or the other sect right. The moderator is here to help provide a good atmosphere for discussion. Theoretically he should delete/remove posts like yours.
From a practical stand point these rules make sense as long as you do not expect the moderator to read the mind of the member. A moderator won’t know what is the intention or the niyyat of the member, beyond the words used in the post. At present the policy is to edit any words which hurt the religious sentiments of any group. However, the moderator has to be careful not to completely stiffle all discussions. Anyone can take offence at anything said by the opposite group and therefore a reasonable lattitude is provided to members to carry out intelligent conversation.
Please remember that the moderator is not online 24/7, and if and when you feel that someone has crossed the limit in any discussion, feel free to send a PM or an email to the moderator or [email protected] and in most cases appropriate action will be taken as soon as possible.

I have no clue. There is no way a moderator can edit a post without leaving his name in the post. Its just not possible.
If your post says "edited by secret_obsession" than it only means two things. Either someone used your own computer and possibly your memory cache to edit your post from your own machine. Or someone has knowledge about your password and s/he edited your post.
In either case, you are advised to change your password, and check from those near you if they edited your post without your knoweldge.

Thanks for the response, I will try to change my password..
Sometimes the most spite inspired speech has at it's core some truth. The statement that many Muslim men might have a sex drive a wee bit over the line may well be a justification for hijab. There is a side of Islam that has instructions for males that also seeks to address this subject, but is not as adhered to. I respect Ibrahim, up to a point, in his attempt to understand Hindu culture, to get to some core beliefs. Some of the Hindu scripture he has quoted is very interesting to say the least. I edit out any negativity from all posters in my own mind, as I try to view the dialogue from a neutral stance.
