Presentation is really importation! it makes a guest feel very special. Even simple food when presented in beautiful dishes looks divine. it’s takes a little effort to take out the dishes but I found that it is always appreciated.

I’d say just the colour combination of the tablecloth, dinnerware, napkin makes a big difference. Then colors ! A colorful salad, that little coriander touch on salan, drinks, chutneys…

I dnt feel you hav to go thru great lengths with presentation, sometimes it can look too formal and guests may not be able to relax and enjoy food. Casual daawats can be just as fun with good tasting food.

I hosted a ladies high tea knd of thing a while back and prepared the food myself. I made all sorts , salsa dip, humous, relishes, sandwiches, vol au vonts, stuffed jackets, pasta salad and much more , now I’m hungry!!
