Danish Editor burnt alive’
The editor of the Danish newspaper ‘Jyllands Posten’ was burnt to death when a fire mysteriously broke out in his bedroom, a Saudi newspaper claims.
According to the newspaper, the editor was sleeping in his bedroom when the fire ravaged his bedroom. He and his newspaper became controversial when it had published blasphemous caricatures of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
The paper claims that the Danish govt is trying to cover up the news of the death. He was hit by divine retribution, the paper added. Muslims, all over the world, strongly denounced this blasphemous act and massive protests were held in all Muslim countries including Pakistan. Text messages and emails that claim that the editor or the cartoonist has been burnt alive have also been circulating since Tuesday, lending support to this report. The paper named the editor as Elliot Back. However, Back is merely a senior in Computer Science at Cornell University, who had published the caricatures on his website. Name of the culture editor of Jyllands Posten, who commissioned the caricatures, is Flemming Rose. Jens Julius is the name of one of the cartoonists that drew the images. It is not nonsense to get punished by Allah. But it is severe hubris to think that you know exactly why Allah made certain things happen. Perhaps it was punishment, perhaps it wasn’t. You don’t know for sure.

I doubt that artist who drew this painting was also burnt alive or made ***ibrat ka nishann* .Because as far as i know any kind of pictorial refrence of prophet is considered as Toheen-e -rasalat.
Now a days people are too quick to judge and pass the verdict. Early this morning i was reading the news on bbc that a person accused of blasphemy of prophet was killed by stabbing infront of court. People are so full of hatred and anger these days that they wont let govt officials and law handle such stuff.
In the mean time the a known hindu mandir was demolished in lahore to clear the site for the reconstrution of a plaza even though lahore high court had issued order against it. So basically *"*mera kuda teray kuda say behtar hay" **kindda mentality.

This news is not confirmed by ANY authentic media. the link which Mr. Author posted also isn't claiming that this news is true. the newspaper itself is mentioning that it is only claimed by ONE Saudi newspaper.
I believe it was just a publicity stunt by that Saudi newspaper.

Even the way of Namaz-e-Janaza is not given in Quran. It takes a long to learn abt Quran so the senders proof are just rubbish and nothing.

I think its got less to do with western/muslim media, but more to do with the article being factually incorrect. It has not only named the wrong newspaper but also named a totally different editor. Anyone who was following the news at the time of the uproar can detect the inconsistancies. Now if you arent willing to explain these blatantly obvious contadictions, then you have no reason whatsoever to fault others who are having doubts in the articles authenticity.
Obviously this is fake news. First of all there was not one cartoonist that drew the cartoons. Jyllands Posten had invited many cartoonists to submit entries and had posted the top 5 or 6 entries. This was in reply to the fact that no body was willing to draw cartoons of the Prophet for a childrens book earlier last year.
