after using head and shoulders - u end up with more dandruff than the original quantity u had.

use some type of oil
with anti dandruff shampoos dandruff will be gone (temporarily) but with the hair too

nizoral is the best...I had dandruffproblems but it is too strong
use head and shoulders daily and it works fine
