I have read their reviews and the most common complaint is that for those who routinely switch between the barrels, after a few months of usage, the barrels don’t warm up properly and you have to pay to exchange the barrels.

ive had mine for just over two years now and although i dont use them on a daily basis, they do get a lot of usage for parties, dawats weddings etc… ive not had any complaints yet
