Have you ever cried & cried & cried & cried?

I know its a weird question to ask but i want to know do people normally vent, talk to some one, or cry their hearts out,listen to music, when they are sad or mad. For me, when i am angry I normally cry my heart out and let it out to be normal.

Yah many a times, i am an emotional freak :(.

And i cry alone, cnt do so infront of people so i control and then just burst out. I also cry when i am really angry.
