Kettle cooked chips are made the old fashioned way, taking extra time to ensure each batch of chips is irresistibly crunchy and delicious. Potatoes are sliced thick and cooked in small batches in order to lock-in their hearty potato flavor and extra satisfying crunch.

I prefer Baked Lays Sour cream & onion, or Kettle cooked BBQ. As a kid i remember ‘Humpty Dumpty’ ketchup flavored in Canada, but don’t really see them here in the U.S. There is a website totally devoted to snack/chip flavors from around the world with reviews and pictures. i like plain ones, dill pickle, dressed, ketchup, jalapeno, salt and pepper, onion and sour cream and kettle plain ones..
