The only thing good coming out of this is that there are still few good men who had the courage to go to the media and report about these atrocities being commited by the mighty army of one. Its a war crime, now the American soldeirs can stand with the Janjawed of Darfor any time any place.

I am not sure who you are referring to here, but it wasn't revealed to media by any of the involved/witness military personnel:

According to a senior Army official, the alleged incident was first revealed by a soldier during a routine counseling-type session. The official, who requested anonymity because the investigation is ongoing, said that soldier did not witness the incident but heard about it.
