Acording to cric info Salman Butt got the centruy and not Farhat?

Butt’s century spares Pakistani blushes](http://uk.cricinfo.com/db/ARCHIVE/CRICKET_NEWS/2004/DEC/121660_AUSPAK2004-05_07DEC2004.html)

Salman Butt, who made a brilliant hundred to thwart India in a one-day match at Kolkata last month, continued to mine that rich vein of form with another superb century, this time against the Cricket Australia Chairman’s XI at Lilac Hill in Perth. Despite the rest of the top order not contributing much, the Pakistanis reached a competitive total of 256 for 9 from their 50 overs.

Butt smacked 11 fours and a six to enhance his chances of a call-up to the Test team, while Michael Hussey’s part-time bowling accounted for three of the wickets to fall.

Geoff Lawson and Tony Dodemaide, Australians stalwarts of the past, gave the crowd something to cheer, picking up a wicket apiece as Pakistan made a spluttering start. Inzamam-ul-Haq and Yousuf Youhana both failed, making 16 and 15, while the big-hitting Shahid Afridi was out for 21.

Pakistan will play a four-day match against Western Australia before the first Test against Australia starts at the WACA on December 16.

I think cricinfo makes more sense...and now we know why Salman Butt "came back" at the end...I think the other website...cricket.com.au made an error and thats why we were all confused.

Meanwhile…Chairman XI is 124/4 after 25 overs…Afridi 2/29…he has so far picked up 2 crucial wickets :k: once again he is showing that his bowling has definetly improved a lot.

crciinfo is right. I have checked BBC site and they also show Butt as having scored the century.

Yasir bhai Afridi has taken two wickets so how did he get 3 cruical wickets. :)

Sorry Ehsan bhai…typing mistake  its fixed now…good to see Butt scoring a centuary! :jhanda: Inshallah he will play like this against the real Aussie team!

CA Chairman`s XI Trail by 80 Runs with 5 Wickets remaining
