Re: credit card
Does that mean until their is civil case against JJ he should not return the wrongfully earned money. Do you think it is OK to steal if you cannot get caught?
We don't know whose music he stole ....and may be he has already paid them ...

Are you the grieved party, or thier attorny ?
If no then its none of your business
if yes then
Firstly you should bring proof of wrong doing and theft whatever, lodge a case against him and take the party to court and settle the dispute, once and for all.
The person is not hiding anywhere. He is living in a decent civil society and any one can meet him, so the notion 'cannot get caught' sounds pretty rubbish.
The fact that no one ever complained about their music being stolen by him, makes this accusition sound absurd. we say in this case Mudayee sust Gawah Chust :)

Re: credit card
yeh sahee hai kay aap within a month pay kar dain lakin phir bhi woh service charges wagiraa lay laitay hain jo un ka interest hi hotta hai
kud soochain bank aap ko udhaar kyun day ga?????
What do service charges have to do with interest? Not every charge of a bank is interest.
Service Charges, ie you pay something for the service they provide you. That payment has no relation to the amount for which you use your credit card. You pay that amount even if you don't use your card at all. How is that interest?

Umer bhai, "BHAINS KAY AGAY BEIN BAJANAY KA KOI FAIDA NAHEE" as Zarrish herself has said and Hareem second's her statement... ;-) :D
Re: credit card
*my reply 2 all of u *
Using Credit card is haraam even if the user is certain that he will pay the bank within the time limit. They are haraam because the bank lends money to the user in return for interest and this interest is the price of the annual subscription to the credit card as well as other interest charges which are to be paid to the bank if the user is late in paying. The cost of the card is a kind of riba which the user pays to the bank, and this riba is paid by the user whether he pays on time or not.
Also the user enters into a contract with the bank which means that he is obliged to pay interest if he delays payment. This is also haraam, because it is not permissible for a Muslim to commit himself to doing something that Allaah has forbidden.
The user may think that he can pay up on time, but then something happens to him that prevents him from doing so, so he pays riba to the bank.
In another fatwa this transaction is haraam because the one who enters into it commits himself to paying riba if he does not pay on time. This is an invalid commitment, even if he believes or thinks it most likely that he will pay it before the time is up,because circumstances may change and he may not be able to pay it off. This is a matter that is in the future, and no one knows what will happen to him in the future. So dealings of this type are haraam.
And Allaah knows best

Re: credit card
Maybe you should ask jamshed tablighi bhayya mulla why is allowing haram in his store?
Before it was the sheer type of kurtas that were being sold in his shop ![]()
Logically, as long as you pay on time and paon dhoti dekh kar phelao, you are fine!
Btw, who would in their right mind use debit/credit card in Pakistan?
Don’t the merchants charge you [the consumer] the merchant fee [2% in america, don’t know what in pakistan?] plus they steal your number. My khala only recommended using Amex [MC and Visa aren’t good for Pakistan?] and someone stole her number her last trip and ran up hundreds of charges. Good thing about a credit card, unlike a debit card, is that you have more protection when it comes to fraudalent charges.
