I don’t know why people find it hard to say they’re sorry…i’ve come across many like that and they don’t realize the damage it can do to a relationship. An aplology doesn’t reduce your authority or lower you in the other person’s eyes. On the contrary, it can salvage or even raise your image in the eyes of the other person and reduce the tension. Reminds of something i heard recently… That shaitan’s downfall was not in that he made a mistake…because even humans err and were made to err…his downfall was his refusal to repent and ask for forgiveness. It was pride, takabbur.
