Blaming RAW for these attacks is foolish and covers up our own responsibility.
All of these jihadi tanzeemat were supported and trained by our agencies to fight in Held Kashmir and Afghanistan. Now they are killing our own people. To deny that all these terrorists are in Pakistan makes us look silly.
Pakistan IS the global terrorist adda now. We need to face that reality and clean up fast. Denying it and blaming others is dangerous.

The people who are blowing themselves up are Pakistanis. The people brainwashing them are Pakistanis. The Wahhabi and Deobandi mullahs who preach poison are Pakistanis. The "insiders" who are helping them find targets are Pakistanis.

I kind of agree with you. Blaming the West for all our ills or blaming India every time there is some terrorist atrocity within Pakistan is like covering up our own failures and weaknesses. It's kind of childish, immature and propagandist. While one could not completely rule out the involvement of outsiders, lets be clear on one thing....these foreign miscreants (if they are indeed involved) can do nothing without getting help from insiders. We need to get our own house in order first.

Keeping the country safe and clean from outside 'roaches'/spies/terrorists should be the number one priority for any Pakistani government.
