Cost of war and reconstruction

Does anybody know:

  1. How much AID has been awarded for reconstruction to Afghanistan by US alone? How much is planned?

  2. How much AID has been awarded or being asked for reconstruction of Iraq by US alone? (out of that 27 billion dollars Bush is seeking?)

The reason I asked is I wanted to compare how sincere US was in reconstructing Afghanistan with reconstruction of Iraq.

Anyone got any numbers to compare?
