It’s nothing major and I don’t intend to go over the top with it to the point where it looks artificial. (I’m not even completely convinced of actually doing this even). I quite agree with you that there are better ways to change one’s appearance but there are certain things that cannot be worked out or changed naturally (or at least not to my knowledge).
