No not a sinner, you just miss out on the sawaab that you would've got for reading the sunnah rakaat's of each namaaz.
Speaking of sawaab for sunnah rakaats........
The sawaab for 4 sunnah rakaats before Zuhr is.............same as if you prayed Tahajjud prayer.............:)
