in fact i also do hijaab and in the days of hot summer, whether in markets or suffocated university classes my hijaab never bothers me alhamdullilah... coz i use to do so....And the most important Allah helps me.

Let me answer your question. It is because the explanation that you have provided in the first post is about physical hijab conditions taken to their physical most conservative limits.
Hijab is an attitude and those people who observe it with the clothing worn in the correct way observe hijab correctly.
"Except what is apparent" for example has been so widely been interpreted. Either it means the outer part of the outer garment or it means the hands, feet, the face and shape of a body curves that cannot be avoided.
Ornaments - some people say it means designs on clothes others jewelry and others still is the attractive parts of the body. Now how do we understand this?
Let look at the dressing similar to the kuffar condition. Now the kuffar used to wear khimar, but khimar is part of the hijab when worn properly.
And if a cloak is to be worn over the whole body then why is it necessary to pull the khimar over the bosoms? Can it be the cloak is not intended to cover the head? Is it just a jilbab? You see these are things worth looking into ...
I agree with your last statement ... niyah has to be there ... but in the whole initial post there is no mention of niyah ... that is why it is important that people obtain fatawa from all the schools, not just from a specific group, because otherwise then the richness will be lacking in them.
