I wish I could say the say. I stayed at parents house yesterday and felt hot because of the central heating and didn't really sleep well.

Well I took my top off but it still didn't help. I think I find it easier to sleep in a colder room than a warmer room.

well I got up like 4am in the morning and last thing on my mind then was opening the windows. If I stay there again...I think I am going to open the windows before I go to bed.
