Lol. Adeel do you want salaan or roast recipe?

Roast recipe. Wash the chicken inside out. Make some slits on it btw. Then you have to marinate it with oil, black pepper powder, salt, red chilli seeds or powder, cumin seeds or powder, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic ginger paste...I don't add colour to my food but most ppl like to add colour. You can add paprika power to give colour, haldi or food colour.

Marinate over night. Deep fry...or put in the oven to roast for 1 hour turning.

Well addeba passed her uni exams on another thread. I prepared following for her…all welcome.

bhuna gosht, basil lamb casserole, handi gola kebab, aaloo achar, aaloo palak, baigan kai bhurta, brinjal masala, cholo bhatura, sambar, chicken tikka biryani, keema biryani, sabzi pulao, egg fried rice, finger fish, fish curry, brain masala, arvi gosht, haleem, chicken curry, koftay curry, veggie noodles, chicken and ketsup noodles, macaroni, fettuccine alfreo, tuna noodle casserole, pasta salad, sheer korma, broccoli salad, cucumber onion salad, russian salad, fruit salad, chicken handi lazeez, tomato soup, mushroom soup, pineapple salad, cholay chaat, chicken sweetcorn soup, onion soup, keema stuffed parata, garlic naan, aaloo naan, orange ice sharbat, spiced chai, normal chai, mango lassi, mocha frappuccino, kashmiri chai, pepsi, lemonade, fluffy coffee…and for dessert…sooji ka halva, falooda, strawberry custard triffle, firni, seviyan, baadam ki jali, barfi, apple pie and custatd, chana dal halva, cream strawberry cake, coffee cake, ladoo, chum chum, chocolate mousse cake, cinnamon buns, mini lemon tarts, doughnuts and strawberry cheesecake…

uhh…iggle. we need like…3 recipes only our viewers will die of a burst stomach if they cook all that in a day

iggle prepares…chicken pineapple pasta, fajita with cheese, tagine with meatballs apricots cinnamon veggies etc, chicken breast in cream mushroom sauce, nachos, nuggets, grilled steak with olive puree dessing, russian salad, noodle salad, pineapple salad, caesar salad, coldslaw, red pepper hummus dip, veggie spring rolls, mince meat spring rolls, egg rolls, quesadillas, hors de oeuvres, cheese spinach tarts and quiche.

Oh and if you want some chutney or mixed pickle for a Pakistani taste - I’ll send that over too!

Okay a new day...so lets bring out some more dishes! :)

iggle prepares a meal for her fellow guppies...soft chocolate mini cakes, vegetable platter with sour cream and onion dip, baked macaroni and cheese dish fresh from oven, fresh caesar salad, mixed fruit salad, citrus sundae, smarties chewy cookies, lemon blueberry muffins, roasted veggie pitta rounds, grean beans amandine, spinach and onion quiche, zucchini bread, crunchy granola with honey almonds and juicy golden raisins and oats, fettuccine with porcini mushrooms and parmesan cheese and chicken veggie noodle stew.

Lemon green tea and peppermint tea will be offered after each of my meals to help with digestion. :)
