Cooking disasters

Boil the chicken pieces before frying or BBQing that takes care of red thingy, then you can fry or BBQ for just short time and it will come out moist and cooked. The ideas is to have that BBQ flavor or fried flavor . If you do not want to boil it beforehand , then cook or fry at low heat. It will take some time but it will get cooked from inside too.

Actually if you boil it with lot of water then you will lose lot of flavor, it is better to marinate the chicken and cook it on medium to medium low heat till tender and then fry it.
