Honest reply, dont eat it . Meat that has gone fully off or was halfway in the process of going bad, can cause serious food poisoning and bacterial infections in the stomach. Hence for the sake of your family and yourself , dont eat or feed them this meat.

A week is a long time for meat to be just refrigerated. its definitely got bacteria in there now. usually cooking such meat wont kill this kind of bacteria. So not worth taking the risk for. Money that is wasted is wasted.
