Depends how that table has been inserted into PDF. If it has been inserted as “Clipart/Object/Image” then its really difficult. I don’t remember a software, however you might get some OCR software which can read text but not the tables.

If, the PDF has been created from proper Word/Excel then you can www.pdfonline.com. upload your PDF file and it will email you the converted DOC/XLS file.
