You might be sick of Apple tablet rumors, but just think of it this way: Most of them will vanish in a puff of smoke next Wednesday, when it’s expected that Apple will reveal its Unicorn-like tablet device.

According to FoxNews.com report, though, it’s not the only thing that will be revealed at the San Francisco, CA, event. Their report indicates that Apple will also reveal the iPhone 4.0 software, as well as a new iLife 2010 application suite. Not present at this event would be the next generation iPhone hardware, which is generally revealed in May or June.

The report makes sense. We’ve heard that Apple hasn’t revealed the iPhone 4.0 software because it’s filled with references to the tablet, so announcing it along with the tablet sounds logical. But the report also comes from the same person who predicted a media event on January 26, meaning he got the event right but the date wrong.

Take these rumors for what they’re worth, but we’d love to have iPhone 4.0 revealed next week.
