This is both a health and fitness topic and wedding topic. But i kindly request that this topic does not get moved as its definitely a wedding topic!

Questions

When do you start taking your pill if you have 8 months till your wedding such as me – ASAP.** The more time your body has to get used to it, the better. Plus it gives you plenty of time to get into the habit of taking the pill every night! No point in getting on it if you won’t be regular with it.**

Do you start taking the pill before placing your outfit orders or after ordering ? ( such that you can mentally target losing weight!?) – It doesn’t really matter. You won’t put on tons of weight with the pill and if you continue working out and eating healthy, you’ll be fine.

Does weight gain really happen on the pill if you continue to eat normally etc ? – Not always, sometimes. Its the additional hormones in your system, however like I said, it happens sometimes. Speak to your doctor if you are concerned. There are many different brands on the market- you can always switch to a different brand until you find the one that suits you.

I’ve heard and seen the pill enlarges your chest would this be an issue when placing orders for your outfits? – I have never heard of this, but I suppose with hormones it is possible. Again though, you won’t go from a B to a DDD. Perspective is important

Is there a pill that dosen’t overly effect you ( no acne, no PCOS so for a normal healthy woman?) – You have to try and see what works for you. I was on Yasmin for a while and all it did was make my skin glow.

What pill did you use ? and when did you start? any side effects ? - Yasmin, a few years, amazing skin/regular periods, thats it. I didn’t have any negative side effects from taking it.

I have been to the doctors and he prescribed me the standard Microgynon 30 , which reading reviews on and speaking to my close friends they were already on the pill at young ages due to pcos/ irregular periods.
