I throw out the old solution every morning, and i wear disposable soft lenses that i throw away every month...i use a no rub solution (B & L Renu), it's really good...but u guys really need to use fresh solution after taking off ur lenses EACH TIME...it's quite risky not to do so. Wot i am guilty of, is wearing my lenses for too long...ur only supposed to wear them 8 hrs, but i wear them way more than that (sometimes double!)...Oh and i only rinse them every few days when i see something on them etc.

have any of you ever gotten you contacts stuck 'behind' your eyes. like if you fall asleep or rub your eyes..and then all of a sudden you can't see anymore..hehe.. i know sunset eyes said something with regards to this..

but just wondering what you guys do to get your contact back.. i just rub in a circle motion to make 'em show up..

i heard once that someone had to get it suctioned out of their eyes.. ewww...

On numerous occasions my lenses have gotten stuck behind my eyes but unlike you SmileStar I can see...:D

As soon as you wake up, put slight pressure on your eyelids and make circular movements with your finger...and voila...the lense would be visible...and then...you will start cursing it!!! :p
