I have to agree with the second part unfortunately. Pakistani lives have become very cheep. Just today the bombing in Khyber killed killed 14 people including children. No one will even know their names.

Not only do Americans not feel Pakistani pain, Pakistanis themselves dont feel Pakistani pain.

This is the bitter truth!
