actually…it was sooo funny…when I called them it was an Arabic guy who answered, I knew it coz of his accent and it reminded me of UAE (and how enjoyable customer service reps. are over there), so i didn’t yell coz I did not wnt to have the same conversations I had with Etisalat (phone company) in UAE…I didn’t wnt to get my blood pressure up 
But he fixed everything…so at least that was something
