u cant survive on 2-3 hours of sleep every night and expect to function properly! its just not right! argh… and do u know that really bad back aches can literally paralyse you from doing things! its not fun… take it from someone who once experienced it.. couldn’t even do sajda in namaz! 
Alhumdulillah i’m better now… but dude youir actions show disrespect to the health that Allah has blessed you with bcoz you are not taking the best possible care for it!
