Before you go cry to others that I have given you a warning, did you realize why exactly I gave you the warning? Because you broke a rule? What rule? This one:
Posts-milestone threads: Threads can be opened for members completing their 100/1000/5000 and each increment of 5000 posts hence. Hopefully this would save us all a great deal of mundane and run of the mill responses to such threads, saving us not only some valuable space but a fresher and a topic-rich cafe as well.

So it’s clear that it wasn’t because you were congratulating someone, it was because you were congratulating someone on 9000 posts and rule clearly says you can’t do that.
