Oh dear then you are living in the future and the past at the same time…
I believe you are either in the year 3000BC if theres people running around half naked with spears then thats about right. Money and civilisation have only started to appear in the Middle East.
Or alternatively your living in the Year 3000AD after a vast Nuclear War that destroyed much of the Worlds population, followed by terrible diseases that created Zombie Apocalypse and after Earth was invaded several times by Hostile Aliens your among the last vestiges of the Human race journeying on the highway in the dusty plains that are all that is left of a once lovely planet.*
