I try to go 5 days a week :smooth: And my arms are always toned, it’s my TOND that needs to be toned :smilestar: but it wasn’t as bad, as I am sure you’ll remember that from that stud-looking picture that I showed to you :shikra:

Maha is doing fine, she looks bigger now,even to me. I’ll soon post her pics on facebook :smiley:
