okay my sister is going to pakistan and needs a computer over there, she doesnt know weather or not to get a complete computer there or get parts of it here(US) and take it with her, plus anyone know how much freight would be for the tower itself if we shipped it…

On the side note, last time I checked the duty on brining computer and computer parts has been waived. Though with the way gov't works back there, double check before you decide to import one into Pakistan.
You may wanna bring this up in FAQ Pakistan forum for duty related questions before you sis heads out there...
There is no custom duty on one PC.
