Many a pathan pagri and dhoti (whatever they wear that is similar to it) would fly even if such a talk is initiated. Some people near the border do have a legitimate grievance for mining accidents, but you can’t even talk border control before afghan naswar party aka ANP and even other taliban friends like JUI-f might join them in “protesting” this move.
