could be...the thing is you have to do the taqt'ee of the she'r that will tell you what kinda word would be a probability...i.e., whether a word with 1, 2, 3 or more syllables or how many short and long vowels are there.
i haven't done the taqt'ee. i just guessed it.
i also wonder if Ehsan Bhai has posted the correct she'r.

Khaamosh = Khaa + mo + sh = 3 syllables
Khaa = 2 = long vowel
mo = 2 = long vowel
sh = short vowel =1
so, Khaamosh = 221
on the other hand the other variations of this word is as follows:
Khamoshii = Kha = short = 1 ; mo = long = 2 ; shii = long = 2 = 122

Kaamshii** = Khaa = long = 2 ; m = short =1 ; shii = long = 2 = 212
now, you see the difference to that tells you which word or it's variant will fit in the chain of the:
taqt'ee = breaking the words of a she'r into recurring numerical patterns.
