yes.. so the complete muhawra was :

Raan'd ka saand saudagar ka GhoRa
khae bohut aur chalat thoRa

I can understand to the extent of Saudagar ka ghoRa.. they were comparatively in better position (food, rest) as compared to horses used in war, but they had slow performance. So, Indian Railway was consuming a lot of resources like PIA and was not delivering much. Laalu Parsad converted it into profitable entity. They also introduced schemes like if a person got interview call from another city, he can travel free of cost by train by just showing Interview call letter. They also banned use of plastic cups, etc and started using clay pots in railways boundaries, which provided business to kumhaars and was environment friendly.

it’s not something that can be easily figured out on its own without knowing the history like you explained.

also, it is hard to try to guess an Urdu muhawra written in English. I was trying to recall the alphabet. This is what I came up with:

alif bay pey tay tay say jeem chay hay khay daal daal zaal seen sheen fay kaaf gaaf laam meem noon wao hamza yay yay. :sid: :smack:

so this served multiple purposes. It provide a chance to remember urdu Alphabets and look at some historical aspects behind the muhawra.

they also run several long distance fully air-conditioned super-fast Yuva Express Trains at 50% less fares than any other train.
