He got the Khilafat after a long time, becuase the hundreds of people has recite the QURAN which they got during the third Khalifa, therefore forcing Muslim Ummah from the recited and learn Quran (only in series not by words difference, ALLAH FORBID), was not a good way of thinking. He fights with Non-muslims during his time, becuase muslim is not allowed to Start Jihad Against Muslim Brother. Therefore those who fight against Imam Ali (JANG JAMAL) was out of Islam.

In other words the sequence of surahs is not as significant as one might think,
furthermore you earlier stated( and rightly so) that a whole generation of muslims had grown up with no official Quran in their houses, and Uthman's compliation was only a few yrs old, most of Ali(as) supporters were bitter critics of Uthman, they would have eagerly adopted this "new" Quran.

Ali(as) laid down rules after Jamal clearly reflected the fact that he fought muslims, it was only a small minority of his followers who considered jamal opponents as infidels
Islam is a simple and pragmatic religion. So, what's up the voodoo/jinn business. Did prophet mention anything about jinns? Please don't quote any hadihts because you and other posters can chase each other in circles over their veracity. It seems that this jinn business are inclusions that found their way in the Quran thanks to some jinn-friendly scribes. I don't think even Caliph Usman could withstand those jinn-frinedly scribes and their 'inclusions'.
PS: How many years passed after Prophet death and the compilation of a 'unified' Quran?
what is the basis of your argument ?...and if it seems to you that some verses might have been added later then by some "jinn-friendly' scribes, then those verses regarding fighting might have been added by some 'trigger happy scribes" or regarding women's rights by some 'feminist scribes"
Exactly...not to mention that the ONLY source we have that hint at different 'readings' of the Quran come from the Hadith literature. Now, if the argument is that the Quran may have been altered, then people who support that argument will have a hell of a time explaining why the Hadith (which were collected under much less strict supervision) that state this were not fabricated or erroneous in the first place. Why is it okay to think that the Quran is not in its original form, and that the Hadith that are used to support this view are pristine?
The concept of the 'evil' in monotheism finds its way from the Jewish scribes of old testament (Torah) who used the term 'sut-taan' to describe this being. These Jewish scribes were influenced by the Persian/Zoroastrian traditions and their word of choice finds its roots in Persian/Zoroastrian term 'shai-taan'. Now why did Jews include this idea of an evil entity? They wanted to introduce an opposing force to the virtue and good thus setting a competative stage for the believers. Natually us v/s them frame, helped the religion prosper. Good needs a villain and that villain gave the good a sense of purpose, a mission.
Fast forward to the inception of Islam and the Quran. The concept of 'jinns' plays on the same idea that there are beings that like to create mischief for muslims giving Quran practical uses -- want to fight a jinn, recite verses from the Quran. Recitation of Quran is no longer brings 'baraka' but can now also be used to fight off evil spirits and help bring good fortune in every day life. Consequence of this practise led to the cottage industry of soothsayers and pir/faqirs curing mental diaseases to impotence and infertility.
Now, why do I think this concept of 'jinns' is incongruous to the simplicity and pragmatism of Islam? Of all the supernatural events and creatures mentioned in Quran, the idea of jins does nothing but foster paranoia and fear.
this is because u do not want to think with a clear intention of getting hidayat from the Quran…
and Allah has mentioned it in Quran itself, that this same Quran will be a cause for guidance for many, and will be misguidance for many…
and surely those who think the way u r thikning, they do not fall under the category that Allah has described for the guidance-receivers of the Book…
if u find it hard to understand jinns because u cannot see them, how do u believe in God?
Belief is one thing and unsavory consequences of beliefs (or liternal interpretations) are something else. Many people believe in Santa Clause do but it just makes kids happy and it ends there.

*(Letter to Mauvwia FROM IMAM ALI) from *(Peak of Eloquence)
You have misguided the whole generation of men around you. Having no faith in the truth of Islam you have led others astray. You have thrown them in the depths of ignorance. You have enticed them towards the abyss for unenlightenment and illiteracy. They were out to reach truth but they cannot reach it now, because of you. They have lost the true path of religion. They are becoming sceptics and most of them are returning to infidelity of pre-Islamic days.
Theirs is an unfortunate plight. A few wise men from amongst them who have seen your ways and who realized the intensity of your viciousness and your cunningness in turning them away from the ways of Islam, have given you up and have turned towards Allah. They are fortunate and may be blessed.
O Mu'awiya! Fear Allah, do not let the Devil lead you to Hell, throw away its yoke which is tied round your neck, remember that this life will after all come to an end and soon you will have to face the next world.
