No, because Zardari & Man Mohan Singh are both elected leaders, whereas Patil & Gilani are appointed ones ;)
I don't think Zardari was elected, was he?
Also technically the President of India is nominated but voted in by an electoral college. It is by law, possible to have a contested election but it has been a time honored practice to keep it unanimous.
But more importantly, if you are comparing qualificationsto be in power, it matters less how they acquired that power....just mu opinion.
